PokéBonk Items Guide: Rarities, Effects and Caps
What the items do, how many you can stack, and what patches changed. A partial list, growing as we record more.
Quick answer
PokéBonk has 102 items in its pool, sorted into rarities (Legendary, Epic, Rare…). Each card lists its effect and a max — how many copies can count. An item you have maxed shows “Max” and Meowth stops selling it. The best-known legendaries are Max Revive, Rare Candy and Master Ball.
Which items have we recorded?
| Item | Rarity | Effect (as shown) | Max |
|---|---|---|---|
| Max Revive | Legendary | You revive once with 60% HP. | 3 |
| Rare Candy | Legendary | You gain 2 levels instantly and +5% damage. | 10 |
| Master Ball | Legendary | +25% damage to everything. Guarantees capture in Wild Encounters. | 1 |
| PP Max | Epic | +1 projectile to all moves. | 10 |
| Max Elixir | Epic | +20% attack speed. | 10 |
| Shiny Stone | Epic | +15% total damage and +15% area. | 10 |
| Dusk Stone | Epic | +40% crit damage and +8% crit. | 10 |
Observed, Beta v0.7.2. The Rare list (eight items, among them Life Orb, Choice Band, Choice Specs and Choice Scarf) was cut off in our capture, so we leave their effects out until we record them.

What does the “Max” mean?
Each card shows a maximum such as “max. 10”. Items you have maxed show “Max”, and Meowth will not sell them to you. Ditto also no longer copies an item past its maximum — someone had been carrying 54 Master Balls. Official, maintenance update. The Master Ball’s maximum is now 1.
What changed for Focus Band?
Focus Band no longer makes you immortal: it saves you 15 / 28 / 39 / 48% of the time with 1 to 4 bands, and at most once every 20 s. Official, maintenance update.
How do I know which moves an item affects?
Level-up cards, items and the shop show “Affects: …” with the moves an item changes, and under each vitamin in the pause menu you see the moves it affects. When you sell at Meowth, every item shows its name, rarity, effect and affected moves. Official, Patches #2 and #3. Bonuses are also added within groups (items, run bonuses, vitamins, passive, temporary effects) and only the groups multiply, so stacking many items no longer grows without limit. Official, maintenance update.
Where do items come from?
From Poké Balls (you pick one of three items) and Meowth’s shop — see the economy guide. The Lab lists which items are “In your Poké Balls” and which are still “To discover” (see the Lab guide); we have not checked how an item moves between the two.

Sources & verification
Sources: the game’s official patch announcements (api.pokebonk.com/news, Patches #1–#7 and the maintenance update, 15–18 Oct 2026, US Pacific Time), plus our own observation of the game in Beta v0.7.2 (Patch #7) on 18 Oct 2026. This is a partial list: seven of the 102 items were recorded from the Lab’s Items tab in a guest profile. The rarity of an item and the maximum shown are what the Lab displayed; we have not measured drop rates or real combat impact. Each fact is labelled Official (from the announcements) or Observed (seen in the game UI). Patches overwrite one another, so numbers may have changed since; we have not re-measured every value.
