Lavender Tower Night is PokéBonk Season 2’s limited-time Halloween event: a separate tower mode, its own event standings, a Candle reward track, and event-specific achievements. The announced event window is October 21, 2026 at 16:30 UTC to November 4, 2026 at 17:30 UTC. The end time is 9:30 AM Pacific Standard Time and 1:30 AM China Standard Time on November 5. Use the stated UTC time: the offset changes during the event when daylight saving time ends in parts of North America and Europe.
Update (announcement id 21, November 4, 2026): the event has ended, but unclaimed Halloween rewards can still be claimed from a card in the menu until November 18.
Image source: official PokéBonk game , captured in Guest mode on October 25, 2026. The countdown and leaderboard are a snapshot of that moment, not live data.
The image is a dated menu capture, not a live countdown or a record of a completed Tower run. The current event timer is shown on the home page. Event facts below come from the in-game Season 2 announcement and public event descriptions. We separate those descriptions from actions we have independently played or verified.
Where to find the event
Open the original game at pokebonk.com and select the Lavender Tower Night event card on the main menu. The event hub has been documented with Play, Book of Candles, Achievements, Leaderboard, and Prizes sections, along with a Candle balance and best-floor record. Labels can move between game versions; use the live event panel if the menu changes.
Choose Enter the Tower, select a League partner, then confirm the start prompt. This is the event’s own mode. A Lavender Tower location appearing in the separate Classic region list does not by itself prove an event unlock requirement; check the current event panel for account-specific restrictions.
The Tower event record, ordinary Survival record, clan standings, Candle balance, and reward claim are different things. A high Survival result does not count as a Tower clear, and a displayed rank or threshold does not mean its prize has already been claimed or delivered.
The seven-floor route
The official event announcement describes three waves on each named floor, with a boss in the third wave. Clear all three to open the stairs. These are the published floor names; we have not cleared the full route ourselves.
| Floor | Name | Published encounter notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Entrance Hall | First section of the tower. |
| 2 | Hall of Tombstones | Gengar’s tombstones can trigger a trick-or-treat interaction. |
| 3 | Hall of Mist | Veiled ghosts make visibility important. |
| 4 | Snuffed Candles | Includes the separate “No Light” task condition. |
| 5 | Purified Zone | The event instructions also describe a sacred-circle holdout. |
| 6 | Marowak’s Shadow | Ghost Marowak encounter; the announcement says three memorial candles calm it and Cubone then joins. |
| 7 | The Summit | The rooftop encounter is Gengar, Lord of the Tower. |
After the summit, the run can continue through the Gate to the Beyond into endless floors. The published event description says you choose curses as you go; those floors are used to push a run farther on the event leaderboard. The exact curse effects and best selection depend on the live game and are not asserted here as a tested strategy.
Event mechanics and useful prompts
- Silph Scope: the event instructions say its pulse reveals otherwise veiled ghosts. Until revealed, those enemies take very little damage. The guide does not claim a tested cooldown, radius, or best activation timing.
- Candles and candelabras: light them to improve visibility in dark rooms. Candelabras are also described as healing points. Candles placed or lit during a run are different from the event currency called Candles.
- Tombstones: inspect Gengar’s tombstones for the trick-or-treat interaction. The event also has a task for surviving a number of tricks.
- Offerings: the pre-run/event instructions say to choose an Offering on each floor. Check each prompt in the current build; this guide does not prescribe an optimal offering route.
- Sacred circle: the announcement describes a holdout objective. We have not verified its timing, size, or a reliable way to complete it.
- Bosses: the published route places Ghost Marowak on floor 6 and Gengar on floor 7. Gengar’s listed moves are Double Team, Blackout, and Dream Eater. No fixed attack rotation or guaranteed build is published here.
- Beyond the summit: chosen curses continue the endless climb. Published event data associates higher progress with the Tower’s event standing; it is separate from ordinary Survival endurance.
Book of Candles: all ten thresholds
The reward track uses cumulative Candle milestones. These labels and thresholds were read from the event reference; they are not prices, farming rates, or proof that a reward has been claimed. Check the event panel for the current claim state.
| Candles | Displayed reward |
|---|---|
| 50 | Tower Visitor title |
| 150 | 300 Stardust |
| 300 | Lavender Candle frame |
| 500 | Lucky Egg and Rare Candy |
| 750 | Channeler avatar |
| 1,000 | 600 Stardust |
| 1,300 | Cubone Costume avatar |
| 1,650 | Spectral look |
| 2,000 | Lavender Channeler title |
| 2,500 | Gengar Costume avatar |
The Book’s description says Tower runs award more Candles and runs in other modes award fewer. It does not publish a fixed amount per run. We have not measured rates, multipliers, partial-run credit, or the fastest farm, so do not plan around an unverified rate. The Spectral look is a cosmetic, not a shiny capture.
Seven event tasks
The event tasks are separate from the general achievement catalog and from the Candle track. Floor goals refer to the best floor reached; the remaining conditions use their named counters. Complete a condition and check the task’s own claim control.
| Event task | Condition | Displayed reward |
|---|---|---|
| Rest in Peace | Calm Marowak’s ghost on floor 6. | 200 Stardust and Rest in Peace title |
| It was a GHOST! | Reveal 300 ghosts with the Silph Scope. | 200 Stardust and Ghost Hunter title |
| Trick or Treat | Survive 10 tricks from Gengar’s tombstones. | 200 Stardust and Trick or Treat title |
| The Summit | Defeat Gengar on floor 7. | 400 Stardust, Lord of the Tower title, and Lavender Tower frame |
| Further Beyond | Reach floor 15. | 400 Stardust and From the Beyond title |
| No Light | Clear floor 4 without lighting a candle. | 300 Stardust and Unafraid of the Dark title |
| Abyss | Reach floor 25. | 800 Stardust and Abyss Dweller title |
These are the displayed conditions and rewards in the public event reference. We have not completed each task in-game or checked claim delivery on a player account.
Event and clan leaderboard rewards
The Tower has its own event leaderboard and a clan leaderboard. Published client descriptions rank Tower runs by floor reached, then wave reached, then shorter time at the same progress. That is distinct from the regular Survival endurance ranking. Final review and prize delivery belong to the game project; a visible position is not a completed reward claim.
| Published placement | Displayed prize |
|---|---|
| Top 100 on the 2026 Halloween Lavender Tower leaderboard | Spectral Crown frame |
| Top 25 on the 2026 Halloween Lavender Tower leaderboard | King of the Night title |
| Top 10 on the 2026 Halloween Lavender Tower leaderboard | King of the Night avatar |
| #1 on the 2026 Halloween Lavender Tower leaderboard | Mr. Fuji avatar |
| Top 10 Lavender Tower clans | Cubone Skull clan symbol and Candelabra clan decoration |
The placements and prizes above come from the public client/event reference, not an independently verified final ranking or prize delivery. The live Prizes panel is authoritative if it changes.
Fixes that affect Tower runs
The game’s release history lists several Tower-specific fixes after the event opened. These are developer-reported changes, not results from our own retest.
| Version | Reported change |
|---|---|
| v0.8.14 | Addressed stairs after floor clears, invisible walls, Meowth blocking the route, Ectoplasm Armor delivery, and the No Light task. |
| v0.8.15 | Tower victories that had been rejected were changed to count; loading and simultaneous arrivals were also addressed. |
| v0.8.16 | Revised the event leaderboard layout with Tower heading, podium, persistent personal position, and Trainer/Clan controls. |
| v0.8.17 | Addressed event reward claims on slow connections. |
| v0.8.26 | Reported further stair and veiled-ghost fixes and saving for very long runs. |
If a result or prize appears missing, record the game version, event mode, furthest floor, result message, Candle balance before and after, and whether the task/claim panel changed. A Tower record, leaderboard position, and Candle reward claim are separate checks. Avoid restarting or changing identities before preserving that evidence.
Common questions
Do I need to finish the Classic regions first?
The event is entered from its own main-menu card. A similarly named Classic region should not be treated as proof of an event prerequisite. If the current event panel shows a restriction for your account, follow that live message.
Does every mode earn Candles?
The Book of Candles description says runs outside the Tower also contribute fewer Candles. It does not specify a universal amount or confirm whether every unfinished run receives credit. Verify the balance after your own result screen.
Is the Candle track the same as the event leaderboard?
No. The Book of Candles tracks cumulative currency milestones. The event and clan leaderboards compare Tower progress, and event tasks have their own conditions and claim state.
What happens after floor 7?
The announced route continues beyond the summit into endless floors where you choose curses. Your best progress feeds the Tower event standing. We have not cleared the Beyond or tested a best curse sequence.
When should I stop using an old walkthrough?
The event opened in Season 2 and received several fixes to stairs, results, leaderboard display, ghosts, and reward claims. Check the current game version before applying old screenshots or instructions; a past workaround may no longer fit the current client.
Sources and verification
This guide combines the official Season 2 in-game announcement, the public event and patch descriptions, and a comparison of detailed independent reference pages. See the PokéBonk.org Lavender Tower guide and PokéBonk Guide event reference for the source pages that motivated the expanded checklist. The original game remains the authority for current event state: open PokéBonk .
Our menu screenshot was captured in Guest mode on October 25, 2026, showing beta v0.8.51 and the event card. We have not independently cleared all seven floors, tested each mechanic, earned the listed rewards, claimed prizes, measured Candle rates, or verified final rank cutoffs. Treat those details as published event/client descriptions and check the live event panel for changes.
